BATHROOM FACILITIES AT THE WORKHOUSE WILL NOT BE OPEN AT THE RIDE START. THEY OPEN AT 11 AM. Park at Building W-10 located on the northwest side of the complex. See map: https://www.workhousearts.org/campus-map.

Ride away from the Workhouse Arts Center to explore the suburban neighborhood streets of Lorton up to West Springfield and back. Bathrooms available at mile 10 and 17. Near the end there will be a 50 yard, unpaved, hard-packed path to ride on. Lunch afterwards at a nearby eatery. Stay for the Suffragette Memorial or return to the Workhouse Arts Center to visit the Lucy Burns Museum (history of the women’s suffragette movement) and artist galleries.
