100 % paved, flat and mostly under trees 14 miles rides on a part of Cross Country Trail between Fairfax Circle -Thaiss Park and Lake Accotink. After 8 miles of biking, a rest stop at The Swiss Bakery & Pastry Shop Springfield, VA for drink, pastry, soup, bread, cheese and chocolate bites. Return through Wakefield Park area. When passing on the trail, alert other users by saying "passing". For more biking enthusiasts, after the rest stop is possible using neighborhoods streets Queensberry, Hemings and Long Pine, a part of a loop of Tuesday and Thursdays Wakefield Park bicyclists and add 7 miles more to their rides.
