About this event
Start from the Doppio Bunny Coffee Shop/Bike Studio. On-street parking is available near the coffee shop. Do NOT park in their lot. Parking with less traffic is on Stuart St by the RR tracks. (I’ll be there.) Restrooms and good coffee at the coffee shop. Expect a moderately hilly route on mostly well-maintained dirt roads with some small gravel, potholes, washboard, and possibly loose gravel. No big climbs. Recommend gravel or cyclocross tires for comfort and safety. This is intended to be a social/casual ride with periodic regrouping. I expect to average about 12-13 mph, but you’re welcome to ride your preferred pace. Rest stop at Mickie Gordon Park, mile 19.6. There are porta-loos at the park, but no food or water.
