About this event
Start point is off Westlake Drive. Start in the parking lot west of the ice rink building, near restrooms. This is about 1 mile from the 270 Spur/Democracy Blvd exit. The route runs from Tuckerman Lane west through Potomac, North Potomac, and Darnestown. Rest stop at Harris Teeter in Darnestown, 17 miles. The route is moderately hilly, 64 ft/mile climbing. We usually have some B riders, but won’t drop anyone who can maintain an average 13 mph.
