Moderately hilly route on mostly unpaved roads. Expect primarily well-maintained dirt roads with some small gravel, potholes, washboard, and occasional loose gravel. Recommend gravel or cyclocross tires for comfort and safety. This is intended to be a casual ride with periodic regrouping. I expect to average about 12-13 mph. You’re welcome to ride your preferred pace. Ride starts at Hamilton Community Park, 31 W Colonial Hwy, Hamilton, VA. Park opposite the playground. No restrooms at the Park. (Porta-jon was moved.)
