About this event

This early-season ride will kick off the Thursday evening Tenleytown social bikeride series. The ride starts and ends at the south parking lot of the now-closed bike shop at 4800 Wisconsin Ave., NW in DC. The route is the Wood Thrush Ramble - https://ridewithgps.com/routes/44151342 - and will take a C pace to cover the 11 miles that will pass through Chevy Chase, drop down into Rock Creek Park, then back uphill to the start in Tenleytown, with about 650 feet total of hill climbing. This is a no-drop ride...no bikers will be left behind.

Please arrive by 6:15pm for a prompt departure at 6:30pm.

Those interested after the ride can head a few blocks away to Pete’s Pizza for pizza and drinks.
