About this event
CANCELED due to sciatica. Rolling ride on mostly gravel roads. Plenty of short, sometimes steep climbs, plus a 5 mi beautiful climb over Bull Run Mtn, and a 1 mi steep descent. Recommend gravel or cyclocross tires for comfort and safety. No stores on route so bring food & drink you may need. We’ll make take a break and regroup at mile 15 and 19.6. This is intended to be a social/casual ride. I expect to average about 12.0-12.5mph. You’re welcome to ride your preferred pace. Start next to the RR tracks on Stuart St, The Plains, VA 20198.
