Former Bike Rack DC Beginner ride, it has survived the closing of BRDC, and the pandemic, and morphed into a ride that offers something for everyone **See Ride Requirements below**. A/B groups usually form after the first attack following a social start. Regroup at the turnaround and again at the finish.

If you’re feeling racy you can race. If you don’t have legs you can likely fall in with another group and meet up at the turnaround point (Viers Mill Park). Expect pace lines and attacks up front, more casual riding off the back and very little vehicular traffic throughout.

While it can get spicy, this is ultimately a social ride and all are welcome to enjoy post-ride refreshments and revelry at Don Juan's in Mount Pleasant, just a short climb past the finish.

RIDE REQUIREMENTS

- Foot retention (such as clipless pedals) is highly recommended
- Drop Bar Road Bike (highly recommended)
- Ability to hold 18mph minimum riding in a group OR be willing to potentially ride alone
