We&#39;ll start at Olney Manor Recreation Park, bike along the ICC and then down to the Matthew Hensen Trail. We&#39;ll take the Rock Creek Trail up to Lake Needwood and then the ICC back to Olney. We&#39;ll stop at Sister Sandwiches &amp; Such for lunch. It&#39;ll be a very short ride back to the cars. <br />Everyone must be fully vaccinate to participate in the ride.
