What is this?
With highs in the 70s, a wind from the south, and the time change not yet here, this is a perfect day for a long ride into the Shenandoah Valley. From Front Royal we'll head west to Fort Valley (the best kept secret in the Shenandoah) and head south to a rest stop at mile 22 at the FV store. Then it's up and down Edinburg Gap (2-mile climb) and westward to rest stop two at Columbia Furnace. From here it's northward to Middletown for RS 3 at the 7-11. And then, the final mostly downhill return to Front Royal.

Riders looking for shorter version can do an out-and-back, but you're on your own.

https://ridewithgps.com/routes/28868100

Printable cue sheet: https://ohbike.org/cuesheet.php?route=28868100 (Thanks Oxon Hill Bicycle Club)

Ride leader will surely lead from behind and won't be able to rescue those who ignore cues (Oh, the stories I could tell.)

Got questions, call or text me, just don't wait until Saturday morning
