Start at parking lot for Glen Echo, off MacArthur Blvd. Route runs through Bethesda, Potomac and Travilah, with a rest stop at North Potomac Community Center, 14 miles. Above-average "hilliness", 63 ft/mile climbing. We won't drop anyone who can maintain 13 mph.
