About this event
NOTE CHANGE IN START TIME TO 8:00AM. Hilly route with several long, steep climbs. From The Plains the route rolls south to Orlean including big rollers on Free State Rd & Ada Rd. After an early rest stop in Orlean the route includes Cliff Mills, Piney Mtn (max 14% grade), and Bear Wallow (max 18% grade) from the west side. Start at the Doppio Bunny Coffee Shop / Bike Studio parking lot, 6485 Main St, The Plains, VA 20198. Park on the street (not in the parking lot) or next to the RR tracks on Stuart St. (I plan to park by the tracks.) Restrooms available in the Coffee Shop.
