Evening workout from Rileys Lock. Ride tends to be hard and fast (18.5 to 19+ mph). Cyclists gather at Cava Mezze in Rockville (Traville Gateway Dr, Rockville) afterwards for beverages and training meal for those who wish to train further.

Park in first lot on the left where porta-Johns are located. Eric has agreed to arrive early and clean the bathrooms for us.
